By using a touch tone telephone, you may claim your weeks or request the status of your last week claimed. Week Claiming is available on Sunday from 10:00 AM until 9:00 PM Eastern time and Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM until 7:00 PM Eastern time. Last Week Claimed Inquiry is available Tuesday through Friday from 7:00 AM until 7:00 PM Eastern time.
