If you know anyone who lives in Massachusetts that will be unemployed or feel one may soon be unemployed should now start gathering information so they can file successful claims for Massachusetts unemployment benefits.  There are two ways to file an unemployment insurance (UI) claim -- by telephone or in person. Call the unemployment TeleClaim Center at 617-626-6800 if you are calling from any other area code.
